- You can get the access to the workouts immediately. All training courses will be available on your personal account.

If, for some reasons you do not find an e-mail with a link to log into your account - please send a message to help@uastro.info. In the subject, write " Verification has not been received."
The following information must be provided in the body of the letter:

What will happen when my paid subscription runs out?
There can be two options:

· 2. If you have paid for a certain period without a subscription, the courses will be unavailable once the period expires. To continue training, you have to pay for any chosen package on our website uastro.info
Why are videos not playing?
If the video doesn't start or playback is interrupted:
· 1. Check your internet connection.
· 2. Close applications and other browser tabs and windows that you are not using.
· 3. Try a different browser.
· 4. Try a different device if possible. If you are using a tablet or phone, try a PC or laptop.
· 5. Try playing another video from the course to see if there is a playback issueм.
· 6. Update your drivers if possible.
· 7. Open the video in a browser using an Incognito mode.
Can I download the course and use it without Internet access?
You can watch training videos online on our website only.
You can log in your account from any device 24/7. Internet connection is obligatory of course.
